I am going to attempt to write on a daily basis about what it is taking to keep my 50 lost pounds off. It is so much harder than actually losing it in the first place. I think that writing down what one eats daily is so very important and is the only way that you know what you are actually consuming. It is so hard to do that. If you are human at all you get tired of doing it. It doesn't even matter if it is online or on paper, it is just hard to complete each day. More on that later.
Also along the way I hope to frequently add information on what I learn about RVing. I do not yet own an RV but I hope to retire with one in the somewhat near future. So more on that subject along the way as I said.
