I have exactly two Christmas decorations up and one is a dish towel hanging on the stove handle. Ok three if you count the fake ficus tree in the corner (that I leave a string of lights on all year) and call it a Christmas tree in December.
It is not that I don't enjoy Christmas, I do. However, when I get out a bunch of decorations they need to be put away again. Inevitably I miss one, then it doesn't make it back into the box that is stashed. I certainly don't want to get the box down so that decoration(s) lives on the closet shelf for a year.
Hence the two that I have decorated with this year.
Now where is that bag of bows?
