Websites

A friend told me the other night about a free website, yes free, my kind of price, that helps you track your nutrition and calorie intake based on what you should have for the goal that you set. It offers actual menus but you can input your own food. It can be found at www.SparkPeople.com
I registered and have been tracking my food intake for a three or four days now. It really is a great site that gives you all the info free that you might have to pay for somewhere else. It is a great way to journal what you eat and if you choose to take part in the various other areas of the site. There are message boards, blogs, finess tracking, and much more. Check it out.
